First Aid Training
First aid training is a learning process about providing basic medical assistance to a person who has experienced some form of injury or illness. First aid training includes learning various techniques and procedures to ensure an immediate and adequate response in situations such as heart attacks, burns, bleeding, broken bones, and other emergencies. First aid training usually includes a theoretical part, in which one learns about the anatomy and physiology of the human body, injuries and illnesses that can affect people, and a practical part, which consists of exercises on mannequins or real patients, depending on the type of training. The goal of first aid training is to prepare people for a quick and effective response in situations when they are near someone who has experienced an injury or illness. Individuals trained in first aid can significantly reduce the risk of worsening the victim's health condition and provide them with better prospects for a full recovery.
