Medical examination for athletes
The medical examination for athletes is a medical check-up conducted before participating in sports or competitions to determine that the athlete has no health problems that could be dangerous for their health or other participants. This examination is usually carried out by a specialist doctor in occupational medicine and sports. The aim of the medical examination for athletes is to identify any health issues that could cause injuries or problems during sports or competitions. If health problems are detected, the doctor will advise the athlete on what to do to address these issues or how to reduce the risk of injuries.
