Body Composition Analysis
This is done using the InBody 270 device, which quickly, accurately, and painlessly measures your body's composition. In addition to the information about how much you weigh, the device will provide insight into numerous parameters that are used when creating your individual nutrition program, helping us track your progress as smoothly and accurately as possible.

Why is it important to conduct a body composition analysis?
The number on the scale doesn't tell us much if we don't know what your body is made of. Body mass composition analysis is important for gaining insight into the actual state of your organism, so that timely and accurate measures can be taken for specific problems that may exist. Muscle is much heavier than fat, which is why a higher muscle mass results in a higher number on the scale. This alone does not represent a problem, but is in fact very positive. Therefore, we can have two people who weigh the same but have completely different body compositions, and consequently different overall health status, energy, and nutritional needs. This is precisely why it is necessary to check the ratio and proportion of fat and muscle.
